These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Velographs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and all participants in our affiliate program ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Velographs, LLC and each affiliate.
1.1. The Velographs Affiliate Program allows participants to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase products from Velographs, LLC through unique affiliate links.
1.2. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
1.3 We review all applications. We reserve the right to refuse any individual or business as an affiliate of Velographs, LLC.
2.1. You must accurately represent our products and services in your promotional activities.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account and links.
2.3. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in your jurisdiction.
2.4. You must prominently disclose your affiliate relationship with Velographs, LLC in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws.
3.1. Permitted Marketing Activities:
• Sharing affiliate links on your personal social media channels
• Promoting Velographs products in retail spaces and stores
• Organic social media content and engagement
3.2. Prohibited Activities:
• Purchasing paid advertising on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
• Posting physical marketing materials (including but not limited to QR codes, posters, or flyers) in public spaces
• Making false or misleading statements about Velographs or its products
• Engaging in spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Using the Velographs name or trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or search engine advertising
• Bidding on Velographs branded terms in search engines
4.1. You will earn a pre-established commission of for each qualified purchase made through your affiliate link. The commission rate will be shared with you once you have begun the application process.
4.2. A qualified purchase occurs when a customer clicks your affiliate link and completes a purchase within 30 days (cookie duration).
4.3. Commissions are not paid on canceled orders, refunded purchases, or fraudulent transactions.
5.1. Payments will be made quarterly via PayPal only.
5.2. You must maintain a valid PayPal account to receive payments.
5.3. We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.
5.4. All payments are made in USD.
5.5. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your affiliate earnings.
6.1. We will track sales through your affiliate link using cookies with a 30-day duration.
6.2. You will have access to reports showing your referrals and earnings.
6.3. We are not responsible for technical issues that may result in lost tracking or commissions.
7.1. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
7.2. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at our sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time by sending notice to your registered email address.
7.3. Upon termination:
• You must cease using all Velographs affiliate links and materials
• Any pending commissions will be paid according to the regular payment schedule if the account was in good standing
• Commissions on sales that occur after termination will not be paid
8.1. We may, but are not obligated to, provide marketing materials for your use.
8.2. You may not modify any provided marketing materials without our express written consent.
8.3. All Velographs trademarks, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Velographs, LLC.
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. We make no warranties regarding the affiliate program or its potential earnings.
10.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
11.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Velographs, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the affiliate program or violation of these terms.
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.

These Terms are publicly available for review at velographs.com/affiliate-terms. Upon successful application to the Velographs Affiliate Program, affiliates will be required to formally accept these Terms as part of the onboarding process. Velographs, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice to active affiliates provided via email.
