OVERVIEW
Our returns and exchanges policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do accept returns for pre-made maps from our "City Collections".
We do not accept returns for "Custom Maps". ("Custom Maps" are maps that were created by inputting an address or landmark on "Create Your Vélograph" section of our site). Because they are created specific to the customer, we cannot accept returns as they cannot be re-sold.
We do accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or maps with typographical errors. Please see "Exchanges (if applicable)" below.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For an exchange due to blemishes or typos, we require clear photographs of the errors.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or contain a typographical error that was not part of the original submission by the purchaser. We will provide an exchange for the same exact item at no cost to the customer. Please note, we will check typographical errors against the original order data submitted by the purchaser.

- Subject line must include your order ID (click here to see an example of where to find that)
- Email must detail the issue with the Vélograph you received
- Email must include photos of the issue that is described in bullet three
We will return your message within 48 hours. If all of the above requirements are met, we will immediately initiate the production process for your new Vélograph.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED ITEMS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged merchandise to reach us will vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, you should send returned items using a signed for delivery service and be responsible for tracking.
